1. Delivery Coverage
CHEN TAN FANG TRADING provides delivery services across Malaysia.
2. Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia typically takes 3–5 working days, while East Malaysia may take 5–7 working days, depending on the courier service.
- Delays may occur during public holidays, weekends, or due to unforeseen courier issues.
3. Delivery Charges
- We offer free delivery services throughout whole Malaysia.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your parcel through the courier’s website.
5. Delivery Failure
If the courier is unable to deliver your package (e.g., incorrect address, no one to receive), the parcel may be returned to us.
Re-delivery charges will apply for resending the order.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If items are damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photo evidence. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
