1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CHEN TAN FANG TRADING.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
  • Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product sensitivity, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used essential oils
  • Burned or partially used incense
  • Customized products or handcrafted bracelets
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns

3. Return Process

To request a return or refund, please:

  1. Contact us at đź“§ chentanfangtrading@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  3. Once approved, return the item to us using a trackable courier.
    (Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the mistake is on our side.)

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 14 working days, please check with your bank or payment provider first.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us before sending the item back.
