1. General Policy

At CHEN TAN FANG TRADING, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products before shipment.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind or personal preference.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following products cannot be returned:

  • Essential oils that have been opened or used
  • Burned or partially used incense
  • Custom-made or handcrafted bracelets
  • Clearance or promotional items

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at 📧 chentanfangtrading@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Please return the item using a trackable courier service.
    (Return shipping fees are borne by the customer, unless the error is on our side.)

5. Condition of Returned Items

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
If the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration, we reserve the right to reject the return.

6. Refunds or Exchanges

Once the return is approved and received in good condition:

  • A replacement or refund will be issued within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method only.
